中国加入WTO,将给我国国民生活和经济发展带来前所未有的变化,也使我国的信息业面临挑战。如何顺应形势,抓住机遇,主动适应经济全球化发展要求,迎接加入WTO的挑战,改革和发展我国的信息服务业已成为一项极具战略意义的现实课题。
China’s accession to the WTO will bring about unprecedented changes in our national life and economic development as well as challenge the information industry in our country. How to adapt to the situation, seize the opportunity, proactively adapt to the requirements of economic globalization, meet the challenges of joining the WTO, and reform and develop China’s information service industry have become a very strategic and practical issue.
