妊娠合并肝癌罕见报告。启东县是肝癌高发区,女性肝癌发病数较其他地区相对为高,在年龄较大的孕妇中,合并肝癌的机会亦可能较其他地区为多。1972～1976年我们共发现妊娠合并肝癌8例,诊断及其型期依据1977年12月全国肝癌协作会议所制订的标准。其中病理组织学诊断6例,临床诊断2例。现将8例报告如下。
Pregnancy complicated with liver cancer rare report. Qidong County is a high incidence area of liver cancer. The incidence of liver cancer in women is relatively higher than that in other areas. In older pregnant women, the chances of liver cancer may be more than those in other areas. From 1972 to 1976, we found a total of 8 cases of pregnancy complicated with liver cancer. The diagnosis and its type were based on the standard set by the National Liver Cancer Symposium in December 1977. Pathological diagnosis of 6 cases, 2 cases of clinical diagnosis. Now report 8 cases as follows.
