一、前言豆象科 Lariidae 目前已命名的约1300种,分隶于6个亚科,56个属。该科成虫的一般特征是:体小,椭园形或卵园形,体表散布刻点,被褐色、灰色、黑色或杂以白色的毛。头小、下口式、延伸成短吻;复眼大,前缘凹入呈“U”形;触角生于复眼前方、呈锯齿状、栉齿状或丝状。前胸背板锥形、梯形或半园形,背方隆起。鞘翅端部截形,上有纵行沟9—10条。臀板外露。幼虫在种子内蛀食为害。该科约50种有重要的经济意义,多数为害豆科植物。尤其是瘤背豆象属 Callosobru-
