在目前混凝土施工中,密实成型多采用振动成型,但其噪音大、能耗高、机械磨损严重。采用混凝土真空作业法,可避免振动成型的缺点,并使拌合物密实,是一种很有发展前途的混凝土施工技术。混凝土真空作业有上吸法、下吸法、侧吸法和内吸法四种。 1.真空上吸法工艺流程;浇筑摊平→振动密实→提浆刮平→铺吸热密封→开泵吸水→收卷吸垫→机械抹光(粗光、精光)→人工修理→养护。 2.施工方法:新拌混凝土浇注入模后,按常规振动密实。振动刮平后混凝土应高出规定厚度1~1.5%。否则真空处理后不能达到设计厚度要求。混凝土振实刮平后应尽早进行真空处理,一般不宜
In the current concrete construction, compact molding is often used for vibration molding, but it has large noise, high energy consumption, and severe mechanical wear. The use of concrete vacuum method can avoid the disadvantages of vibration molding and make the mixture compact. It is a very promising concrete construction technology.
