目的:探讨肺损伤时磷脂(PL)及其组分变化规律与肺病理改变的关系。方法:应用大鼠油酸型肺损伤模型观察肺的病理变化,并与支气管肺泡灌洗液中PL及其组分进行对照比较。结果:根据肺损伤后病理学的改变,将其病程分为急性期、急性后期、恢复期及恢复后期。整个实验过程中PL总量趋于增加;急性期和急性后期磷脂酰甘油(PG)含量减少,PG与磷脂酰肌醇(PI)的比值(PG/PI)下降。结论:PG及PG/PI的减少可能是肺急性损伤的后果,PL组分的变化可作为肺损伤病理改变的一种标志。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of phospholipids (PL) and its components and the pathological changes of lung during lung injury. Methods: Pathological changes of lung were observed by using rat model of oleic acid-induced lung injury and compared with PL and its components in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Results: According to the pathological changes of lung injury, the course of the disease was divided into acute phase, acute phase, recovery phase and recovery phase. The total amount of PL tended to increase throughout the experiment; the content of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) decreased and the ratio of PG to phosphatidylinositol (PI) decreased (PG / PI) in acute phase and acute phase. Conclusion: The decrease of PG and PG / PI may be the consequence of acute lung injury. The change of PL component can be used as a marker of pathological changes of lung injury.
