职业教育在当前社会环境下,展现出其独特的办学风格和特色,职业教育主要为培养学生就业能力的教育,导致它不同当前学科教育。职业教育当前主要通过职业教育集团来实现的,培养出一批社会认可的高职人才,职业教育集团对于人才培养起到关键的促进作用。本文立足于对当前职业教育集团的发展状况进行分析,研究目前职业教育集团出现的问题和存在的不足,培养高职人才综合职业素质有待提高的问题,需要我们创新学生教育,为未来职业教育集团与高职人才培养融合提出对策。
