药物治疗能降低高血压患者的发病率和死亡率。为此目的而对可能有效的降压药进行临床评价时,应遵循世界卫生组织(WHO)技术报告№403和563所规定的普遍接受的科学原则。本文以准则形式陈述这些原则,供临床研究者参考。
Medication can reduce morbidity and mortality in hypertensive patients. The clinical evaluation of potentially effective antihypertensive drugs for this purpose should follow the generally accepted scientific principles set forth in the World Health Organization (WHO) Technical Report No. 403 and 563. This paper presents these principles in the form of guidelines for clinical researchers for reference.
