兵团财务局按照财政部《政府采购管理暂行办法》的规定,结合本地区供应商的实际情况,于2002年6月18日在乌鲁木齐市成功地举办了首次供应商政府采购培训班,驻乌鲁木齐市56家供应商代表参加了培训班。此次培训的主要内容:一是政府采购的采购方式及有关法规制度;二是招标投标知识及投标要点;三是我国政府采购现状及发展趋势。
Corps Finance Bureau in accordance with the Ministry of Finance, “Interim Measures for the Administration of Government Procurement”, combined with the actual situation of suppliers in the region, on June 18, 2002 in Urumqi successfully held the first supplier of government procurement training courses in Urumqi 56 supplier representatives attended the training course. The main contents of the training: First, the procurement of government procurement methods and related laws and regulations; second is the tender and bidding knowledge and tender points; third is the status of government procurement and development trends in China.
