比较了异硫氰基苄基DTPA(SCN-Bz-DTPA)、环化DTPA酸酐(CDTPA)两种双功能络合剂与单克隆抗体(McAb)的偶联、偶联物与~(90)Y标记和标记物稳定性的差异。结果表明,无论在络合剂对单克隆抗体免疫活性影响方面,还是在标记物稳定性方面,SCN-Bz-DTPA都优于CDTPA。
The coupling of two bifunctional chelating agents such as isothiocyanobenzyl DTPA (SCN-Bz-DTPA) and cyclized DTPA anhydride (CDTPA) with McAbs was compared. Differences in Y-label and label stability. The results showed that SCN-Bz-DTPA was superior to CDTPA both in terms of the influence of complexing agent on the immunological activity of the monoclonal antibody and in the stability of the marker.
