灰树花又名栗蘑、莲花菌、贝叶多孔菌。其形态俏丽,肉质柔软,脆如玉兰,味如鸡丝,营养丰富,极受国内外消费者的青睐。目前除日本外,均未进行大规模商品化生产,因而,抓住时机,大力发展灰树花生产,可获得较高的经济效益。现将其特性和栽培技术介绍如下:
Grifola frondosa, also known as chestnut mushrooms, Lotus, Bayesian polypore. Its pretty shape, soft meat, crisp, such as magnolia, taste such as chicken, nutritious, very popular with consumers at home and abroad. At present, no large-scale commercial production has been carried out except Japan. Therefore, seizing the opportunity to vigorously develop the production of Grifola frondosa, higher economic benefits can be obtained.
