研究数字图像技术在铸件表面粗糙度检测中的应用,利用CCD摄像机在暗室条件中用冷光源照射拍摄铸造粗糙度标准样块的表面图像,经过数字图像转换、图像预处理、中指滤波和拉氏算子模糊增强后,利用相关函数对图像进行了特征提取,获得了直方图均值m、直方图方差σ~2、功率谱半径R和图像能量强度值E等4个特征参数。结果表明,这4个特征参数随着铸件表面粗糙度的变化呈规律性变化,可以作为铸件粗糙度检测的参照。
The application of digital image technology in the testing of the surface roughness of castings was studied. The surface images of the casting roughness standard blocks were photographed by cold light source in a darkroom condition. After digital image conversion, image preprocessing, middle finger filter and Laplace After the operator is fuzzily enhanced, the features of the image are extracted by using the correlation function, and the four characteristic parameters of mean histogram m, histogram variance σ ~ 2, power spectral radius R and image energy intensity E are obtained. The results show that the four characteristic parameters with the casting surface roughness changes regularly, can be used as a reference castings roughness detection.
