“低碳”对准的是气候,“绿色”对准的是环境,二者虽概念不同,但都代表着人类未来的发展趋势。对于经济和金融,实现以上二者的目标,则主要依托于发展方式转变和经济结构调整。本刊《特别策划》栏目将从银行业、证券业、保险业乃至居民生活细微处等不同角度,不仅呈现金融业在发展绿色金融、壮大绿色经济中的作为。也提出我国低碳金融面临的问题及发展机遇,希望给业界以启发。敬请关注。
