计量光栅作为测角、测长元件,已经得到越来越广泛地应用。随着技术的发展,提高元件和系统的精度变得日益迫切。如何提高精度,主要有两方面:一是消除周期误差;二是减少函数误差。关于消除周期误差的理论,近些年来,国内外资料一般都把光栅莫尔条纹电压信号平均当作消除周期误差的法则。作者根据实践中的启示认真地进行理论分析,认为此法则在理论上是不正确的。本文试图说明这个问题,并阐述另一个见解——“莫尔条纹电压信号周相平均法则”,才是消除光栅周期误差的正确理论。
Metering grating as a goniometer, length measurement components, has been more widely used. As technology advances, increasing the accuracy of components and systems becomes increasingly urgent. How to improve the accuracy, there are two main aspects: First, eliminate the cycle error; the second is to reduce the function error. On the elimination of the theory of periodic error, in recent years, the domestic and foreign data are generally the average grating grating voltage signal as a rule to eliminate the cycle error. According to the practical enlightenment, the author carries out theoretical analysis seriously and holds that this law is not theoretically correct. This article attempts to illustrate this problem and elaborates another insight - the “law of the average of the moiré fringe voltage signals” that is the correct theory to eliminate the grating period error.
