黑龙江省燃料总公司于1978年成立,承担着全省煤炭、燃料油的分配、调拨和供应任务,是具有燃料行业管理和企业经营双重职能的省级物资企业。主营煤炭、燃料油、焦炭、煤制品及石油制品。总公司下设黑龙江省燃料开发公司、哈尔滨煤炭江运公司、沙河子煤炭调运公司、劳动服务公司,内部设有22个职能科(室),并在鹤岗、双鸭山、鸡西、七台河煤矿所在地设立办事处,在大庆油田设“省运油指挥部”。现有职工178人。公司坚持以改革开路,以服务为宗旨,以效益为中心,开拓创新。1990年全部收入23141万元,实现利润748万元,企业资产总值1106万元。
