目的：探讨胃苏颗粒加质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗FD的疗效。方法采取随机对照临床试验。对照组271例以PPI、促胃肠动力药等治疗；治疗组267例用PPI加胃苏颗粒5g口服,3次/d。疗程14d。结果两组临床症状均明显改善,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.9%(28d疗程为96.2%)和79.7%(<0.05)。不良反应轻微。结论胃苏颗粒加PPI治疗FD疗效显著,无明显不良反应。“,”Objective To observe the ef ect of weisu particles and proton pump inhibitor (PPI)in treating functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods Randon clinical contrast test was used in the practice.271 patients in control group using the combination therapy of PPI and prokinetics drugs.267 patients in treatment group combined of PPI and weisu particles 5g for 3times a day.The treatment course ranges from 2 weeks.Results Two weeks after treatment,clinical symtoms of al the two groups improved significantly.The ef ective curative rate in treament group was 86.9%(4weeks was 96.2%)and 79.7%( <0.05)in control group,with very lit le abverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion The combination therapy of PPI and weisu particles in treating FD is ef ective,without obvious adverse reaction.
