Gagliardi等曾报告硫代苯甲酰胺化合物用作铜试剂,反应灵敏,具有专一性,因此我们试验5-氨基噻唑-2-硫代甲酰胺(以下称本试剂)与铜的反应,找出当有亚硫酸钠存在下,能产生桔红色络合物。络合物不溶于氨水,也不溶于有机溶剂。在点滴板上检出铜离子反应的灵敏度为0.26μg(1:4×10~6),比没有亚硫酸钠存在下的灵敏度大20倍。本试剂与铜(Ⅱ)在不加入亚硫酸钠的溶液中形成淡棕色的络合物,反应的灵敏度较差。Hellsing报道本试剂的铜络合物组成为Cu(C_4H_4N_3S_2)_2。本文报告本试剂与铜(Ⅱ)的反应以及用作铜试剂的分析性能等。
