从2002年初起乌兹别克斯坦共有1182个企业和设施被私有化,是上年同期的1.5倍。在这期间, 出售给外国投资者的股份和设施价值2220万美元;其中,出售的设施达43个,是去年同期的1.8倍。组建的合资企业有19个。购买设备、配套设施、原料及抵偿企业债务产生的投资债务总额分别达8070万美元和73.8亿苏姆,其中外国投资者的债务分别为7 410万美元和17.9亿苏姆。
Since early 2002, a total of 1,182 enterprises and facilities in Uzbekistan have been privatized, up 1.5 times over the same period of last year. During this period, the shares and facilities sold to foreign investors valued at 22.2 million U.S. dollars, of which 43 were sold, 1.8 times more than the same period last year. There are 19 joint ventures. The total amount of investment debt arising from the purchase of equipment, auxiliary facilities, raw materials and corporate debt has reached 80.7 million U.S. dollars and 7.38 billion U.S. dollars respectively, with foreign investors’ debt of 74.4 million U.S. dollars and 1.79 billion Sam.
