玛多县,隶属青海省果洛藏族自治州,藏语“黄河源头”之意,位于三江源国家级自然保护核心区。这里高寒缺氧、生态脆弱,平均海拔4300米,生存环境极其恶劣。这里,是国家级扶贫开发工作重点县。2011年,玛多县成为国家电网公司定点扶贫县。从最初单一的发展电力,到逐步向以产业发展为主,兼顾教育扶贫和电力发展,再到扩大扶贫视角,把残疾人康复与就业纳入扶贫项目,公司一直在积极探索藏区扶贫援助工作的有效途径。
Maduo County, under the Qinghai Province, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Tibetan “Yellow River source ” meaning, located in the Three Rivers National Nature Reserve core area. Alpine hypoxia here, ecologically fragile, with an average elevation of 4300 meters, the living environment is extremely poor. Here, it is a key county for poverty alleviation and development at the national level. In 2011, Maduo County became a designated poverty alleviation county of State Grid Corporation. From the initial single development of electric power to the gradual development of industrial development, giving consideration to both education and electricity development, expanding the perspective of poverty alleviation and integrating the rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities in poverty alleviation projects, the Company has been actively exploring poverty alleviation work in Tibet Effective Ways.
