种子净度是一批种子清洁干净的程度。即从试验样品中挑出好种子,计算好种子占样品总重的百分率。检验规程规定,用净度检验后的好种子做发芽试验。因净度检验确定好种子标准不同,其二种检验方法所得净度检验结果不同,因而做发芽试验时,发芽的鉴定标准及发芽率结果也不同。但都能为农业生产提供较为可靠的技术参数。
