为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在党的新闻舆论工作座谈会上的重要讲话精神,中共中央宣传部在全国新闻战线统一部署开展了2017年“新春走基层”活动。各新闻单位精心组织、认真安排,广大新闻工作者深入基层一线采访报道,大力宣传我国经济社会发展的巨大成就,宣传各地保障和改善民生的显著成果,宣传亿万群众阖家团聚、欢度春节的喜庆景象,推出一大批内涵深刻、鲜活生动、感人至深的精品佳作,营造了昂扬向上、温馨祥和的节日氛围,受到社会各界的广泛赞誉。在“新春走基层”活动中,广大新闻工作者大力弘扬“走转改”精神,主动牺牲与家人节日团聚的时光,用笔墨书写家国情怀、用镜头记录民生温度、用声音传递人间大爱,展示了良好职业风采,树立起良好群体形象。数万名新闻工作者忙碌的身影,构成了今年春光里的一道道风景。为鼓励先进,中央宣传部决定对人民日报社地方部等14个“新春走基层”活动先进集体、人民日报社周人杰等565名先进个人进行通报表彰。希望各地各新闻单位以通报表彰的先进集体和先进个人为榜样,进一步贯彻落实习近平总书记在党的新闻舆论工作座谈会上的重要讲话精神,持续深化拓展“走转改”活动,持之以恒转作风改文风,引导广大新闻工作者始终坚持正确政治方向、正确舆论导向、正确新闻志向、正确工作取向,做政治坚定、引领时代、业务精湛、作风优良的新闻工作者,不断推动新闻舆论工作迈上新台阶,以优异成绩迎接党的十九大胜利召开。
