国有工业企业是我区国民经济的骨干,是经济发展的重要增长点,也是财政收入的主要来源。由于历史和现实的主客观原因,国有工业企业存在问题较多,为了研究解决国有企业在运行中存在的困难和问题,进一步深化国有企业改革,使其适应社会主义市场经济体系的要求,提高企业效益水平,为自治区国民经济发展创造新的增长点,我们对全区预算内国有工业企业效益状况进行了全面分析,并深入到部分地区,对冶金、机械、轻工、纺织、建材、化工、电子等行业的重点盈亏企业进行重点调查。现将调查结果报告如下:
