我们用黄桅花口服液联合病毒唑治疗水痘62例取得了良好的临床效果。1.临床资料 102例病例随机分组,黄桅花口服液联合病毒唑治疗62例,其中男38例、女24例。对照组单用病毒唑治疗40例,其中男21例,女19例。两组年龄均在6个月-7岁之间,均为发病第一天就诊,症状、体征无明显差异。2.治疗方法(1)治疗组:3天内治愈者18例,5天内治愈者38例,7天内治愈者6例。平均治愈天数4.62天,平均退热天数1.94天。(2)对照组:3天内治愈者4例,5天内治愈者22例,7天内治愈者14例,平均治愈天数5.50天,平均退热天数1.94天。
We use the catfish oral solution combined with ribavirin 62 cases of chicken pox and achieved good clinical results. 1. Clinical data 102 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Huangmaihua oral liquid combined with ribavirin in 62 cases, including 38 males and 24 females. Control group with ribavirin treatment of 40 cases, including 21 males and 19 females. Both groups were between 6 months and 7 years old, both were on the first day of onset, with no significant difference in symptoms and signs. 2. Treatment (1) treatment group: 18 cases were cured within 3 days, 38 cases cured within 5 days, 6 cases cured within 7 days. The average number of days to cure 4.62 days, the average number of days 1.94 days fever. (2) Control group: 4 cases were cured within 3 days, 22 cases were cured within 5 days, 14 cases were cured within 7 days, the average number of days cured was 5.50 days, the average number of days of fever was 1.94 days.
