本文探讨了有狭缝零件的真空脉冲氮化工艺参数对渗层特性的影响,并与常规气体氮化工艺进行了比较。研究表明:真空脉冲氮化新工艺,对提高有狭缝零件表面渗层的均匀性和强化氮化效果,都有显著的作用。文章还扼要介绍了多齿分度台齿盘零件真空脉冲氰化的试验结果,这种工艺为有狭缝零件表面强化提供了一条新途径。
In this paper, the influence of vacuum pulse nitriding process parameters on the properties of the gas diffusion layer with slit parts is discussed and compared with the conventional gas nitriding process. The research shows that the new technology of vacuum pulse nitriding has a significant effect on improving the uniformity of nitrided layer on the surface of the slit parts and strengthening the nitriding effect. The article also briefly introduces the test results of vacuum pulse cyanidation of gear tooth plate parts with multi-tooth indexing table. This kind of technology provides a new way for surface strengthening of slotted parts.
