本文介绍了用60DTi,70DTi低淬透性钢制造的内燃机车齿轮性能及生产应用效果。用圆筒式单圈感应器,8000Hz中频电源,以较慢的加热速度(比功率为0.3~0.5kW/cm~2)将模数m=7~12的齿轮加热到830~850℃,随即以极大的冷速(约1000℃/s)淬火,可获得近似齿廓的硬化层,表面硬度可达HRC 65(180~200℃回火后HRC60~64),硬度梯度平缓,残余应力分布合理,静弯强度和脉动弯曲疲劳性能与20CrMnMo钢渗碳相近,并且有良好的冷热加工性能。用低淬透性钢代替渗碳钢制造齿轮,不仅简化工艺、缩短工时、生产效率高,而且材料费用低,经济效益明显。
This paper describes the gear performance and production and application results of diesel locomotives made of 60DTi and 70DTi low hardenability steel.
