改革开放以来,宁夏回族自治区党委、政府坚持从实际出发,实施了加快推进新型工业化、城市化、农业产业化,加快非公有制经济发展,加快县域经济发展以及人才强区、科教兴区、兴工强区等一系列重要战略举措,使宁夏经济社会保持了持续快速健康发展的势头,形成了民族团结、社会稳定、人民群众安居乐业的大好局面。今后,要不断提高城乡人民的生活水平,解决经济和社会中的各种矛盾,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标。为了引导广大干部群众深入学习贯彻全国两会精神,进一步解放思想,不断更新观念,聚精会神搞建设,一心一意谋发展,本刊将从本期起,开设“贯彻两会”专栏,陆续刊发专稿,并热忱欢迎广大读者共同参与。
