目的:评价经纯化工艺制得的南五味子总木质素有效部位的镇静、催眠作用。方法:应用小鼠自发活动实验研究该成分部位对小鼠活动的影响;应用协同阈上和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的睡眠实验研究该成分部位对小鼠入睡潜伏期和睡眠时间的协同影响作用。结果:南五味子总木质素部位提取物25mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg剂量灌胃给药,均能抑制小鼠自发活动;并对阈上、阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验均具有显著协同作用。结论:提纯后的南五味子总木质素有效部位具有显著的镇静、催眠活性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the sedative and hypnotic effects of the active fractions of total lignan from S. kansuensis prepared by purification process. METHODS: The spontaneous activity of mice was used to study the effect of this component site on the activity of mice. The synergistic effect of synergistic threshold and subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital on sleep latency and sleep time was studied effect. Results: The total lignin extract of Kadsura could effectively inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice by intragastric administration of the extracts of 25mg / kg, 50mg / kg and 100mg / kg. The sleep experiments of pentobarbital sodium All have significant synergy. Conclusion: The purified total lignin active site of Schisandra sphenanthera has significant sedative and hypnotic activities.
