高校基层工会是高校中重要的组成部分。高校基层工会工作的顺利开展,是构建和谐、文明高校的根本。本文对新时期下高校基层工会的作用进行了探究,发现了高校基层工会工作的开展具有提高参与度、促进高校发展、保护教师权利、提升人员素质等作用。进而提出了新时期下高校基层工会的发展措施,从创新管理模式、建立服务体系、发展工会人才、构建信息工会、形成监督体系、提高工作效率等角度展开论述,旨在促进高校基层工会的发展,提升高校基层工会的工作效率。
