科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会理论和实践,是以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央对中国特色社会主义理论和实践作出的重大贡献,是我们党要长期坚持的战略指导思想和战略任务。工会组织在构建和谐企业中,应该如何发挥组织的作用,作为一名工会管理干部,结合自己平时学习和工作实践,提出以下观点。
The scientific concept of development and the theory and practice of building a harmonious socialist society are the major contributions made by the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as the general secretary to the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and are the strategic guiding ideology and strategic task our party has to hold for a long period of time. In the process of building a harmonious enterprise, the trade union organizations should play the role of organization as a union management cadre and put forward the following points in combination with their usual learning and work practices.
