目的:建立一种快速、简便的粉底类化妆品前处理方法以及用ICP-MS对消化液中砷的测定方法。方法:样品分别经HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解和HNO3-HF微波消解后定容到一定体积,然后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:使用HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解进行前处理获得的结果偏低,HNO3-HF微波消解法获得结果精密度均优于3%,回收率介于95%~100%。结论:对于粉底类化妆品使用HNO3-H2SO4湿式消解法很难在短时间内将样品彻底消化,而HNO3-HF微波消解法可以快速的对样品进行彻底消化并且ICP-MS的测定结果比较满意。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and simple pretreatment method of cosmetics for foundation and determination of arsenic in digestive juice by ICP-MS. Methods: The samples were volumetrically determined by wet digestion with HNO3-H2SO4 and microwave digestion with HNO3-HF, respectively, and analyzed directly by ICP-MS. The internal disturbances and drift of the matrix were corrected by mixed internal standard. Results: The result of pretreatment using HNO3-H2SO4 wet digestion was low. The precision of HNO3-HF microwave digestion was better than 3%, and the recovery was between 95% and 100%. Conclusion: It is difficult to completely digest the samples in a short time by HNO3-H2SO4 wet digestion method, while HNO3-HF microwave digestion method can digest the samples quickly and ICP-MS is satisfactory.
