患者,男,40岁。右侧咽、耳部突发性阵痛13天。病前因患上感偶用力吹气后实感咽及耳深部切割样剧痛。此后讲话、进食常可诱发,每日发作20余次,伴心悸、流涎、言词不清。体检:咽部粘膜充血,触及右侧扁桃体即发生难忍的咽痛。并放射至同侧耳部,同时伴心率减慢。约20～30秒后疼痛消失。心率亦恢复正常。向咽部喷入地卡因溶液或用普鲁卡因行触发区封闭后即可止痛。
