本文介绍了３Ｍ６３１２型超精加工机床的改型设计，为实现振动系统１４００ｃ／ｍｉｎ以上的高额往复振动，且不使振动传递到机床的其它部件，探索了一条减小激振气缸与振动头的振幅比的途径，为该产品系列化设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the modified design of 3M6312 superfinishing machine tool is introduced.
