本文介绍了3M6312型超精加工机床的改型设计,为实现振动系统1400c/min以上的高额往复振动,且不使振动传递到机床的其它部件,探索了一条减小激振气缸与振动头的振幅比的途径,为该产品系列化设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the modified design of 3M6312 superfinishing machine tool is introduced. In order to realize the high reciprocating vibration above 1400c / min in the vibration system and not transmit the vibration to the other parts of the machine tool, The ratio of the amplitude of the way for the product series design provides a theoretical basis.
