读贵刊1993年第十四期,利多卡因治疗眩晕症后,我们对48例各种不同原因的眩晕症用此药进行治疗,其中脑梗塞4例,脑供血不足30例,前庭周围性眩晕14例,其中2例随访未复发,4例随访,3例复发,再用药症状即消失。资料记录较完整,病例观察结果如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组46例中,男37例,女9例,年龄23～80岁,CT、颈部血管彩超证实,脑梗塞4例,椎基动脉供血不足28例,前庭周围性眩晕14例,病程最长5年,最短3小时。 1.2 治疗方法 利多卡因2～3mg/kg加入10％葡萄糖250ml一小时滴完,一日一次.症状消失后,再静脉滴注一周,疗效判断:治愈;治疗1～2次,眩晕消失。有效:治疗3次后眩晕明显减轻。
