绩效分配是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,当前我国经济发展步入新常态,经济增长速度放缓,企业员工的流动变得日益频繁,这对企业的绩效分配提出了很高的要求。为此,本文分析了当前企业绩效分配的局限性,指出企业改革绩效分配体系的意义,为经济新常态下企业实施绩效分配改革指明路径,以帮助企业正确面对新常态、新环境和新挑战。
Performance allocation is an important part of human resources management in an enterprise. At present, China’s economic development has entered a new normal, the economic growth rate has slowed down, and the flow of employees has become increasingly frequent. This poses a high demand for the performance allocation of enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes the limitations of the current corporate performance allocation, points out the significance of the reform system of corporate performance, and points out the path for enterprises to implement the performance allocation reform under the new normal economic conditions so as to help them to correctly face the new normal, new environment and new challenges .
