在新常态下,要想对市场经济秩序进行规范以及整顿,其基础性工作就是依法治企,这不但能够促进企业机制改革,加强企业内部管理,同时能够使企业可以依法维护自身利益,是确保优化企业结构的重要手段和方法。本文从新常态下的依法治企现状进行分析探讨,并提出几点措施,希望能够对新常态下的依法治企提供一些参考与帮助。
