原煤的开采及消耗量大幅增加,原煤市场供不应求。原煤采购和消耗管理已是某大型冶金化工企业能源管理的重点。本文从六个方面进行了浅析,认为合理制定用煤计划、控制原煤采购成本、优化原煤运输管理、把好入场原煤验收关、做好原煤储备及盘点工作、建立健全原煤燃用绩效分析体系等是加强原煤管理的关键。
