对于我们党而言,做好任何工作都离不开干部因素,而领导干部能否干好工作又在于是否善于做好“四道题”。一要做好“判断题”。在事关全局的问题上,在对待是与非、公与私、真与假、实与虚的态度和行为上,领导干部一定要立场坚定、旗帜鲜明,这是坚持原则、保持党性的表现。如果是非不分、公私不明、真假难辨、虚实不清,尤其是在事关全局的问题上模棱两可,那么就会阻碍党群工作的开展。二是做好“听写题”。在群众工作中,应多听多记群众的反应。三是做好“填空题”。在做好“听写题”的基础上,按照群众缺乏什么就填补什么、哪里工作空虚就充实哪里的原则,将工作切实做到实处。四是做好“选择题”。面对抉择或决定时,党群干部应眼光全面,把握大局,做出正确的选择。因此,在实际工作过程中,应提高自我素质,严于律己,成为一名合格的党群干部。

In particular, if ambiguities are involved in matters concerning the overall situation, the work of the party and the masses will be hindered. The second is done “dictation ”. In mass work, we should listen to more people’s reactions. Third, do a good job, “fill in the blank question.” On the basis of doing a good job of “dictating a question,” according to what the masses lack and what should be filled in, and where the work should be emptied, the work should be effectively implemented. Fourth, make a good “multiple choice”. In the face of making decisions or making decisions, the cadres of the party and government groups should look at the situation in a comprehensive manner, grasp the overall situation and make the right choices. Therefore, in the actual work process, we should improve our own quality, be strict with ourselves and become a qualified party cadre.
