医院的思想政治工作,必须要以群众路线为核心,只要这样才能确保党的宗旨的贯彻落实。结合群众路线主题教育实践活动的开展,探索医院思想政治工作在新形势下的有效途径就显得必要而且现实。在研究方法上,以收集、分析资料为基础,通过座谈会、调研会等多种形式进行了调查研究,提出要医院的思想政治工作要实现以“由虚变实”为中心的工作路径的结论。这一结论,对于新时期提高医院的思政工作具有一定的指导意义。
The ideological and political work in the hospital must take the mass line as its core, so long as this can ensure the implementation of the party’s purposes.
