随着我国的煤炭企业的不断发展壮大和党的建设越来越完善,煤炭企业的党建工作也达到一个新高度,获得较好的成效,但同时党建工作也面临着新的挑战和问题。做好党建工作是深化煤炭企业改革和促进煤炭企业发展的有利保证,因此要应该根据煤炭企业是劳动密集型企业的特点,重视党建工作,加强煤炭企业内部党的建设,做好党建工作首要的是要提升党建工作的实效性。因此,本文将针对如何提升煤炭企业党建工作的实效性提出几点建议。
