心电图分析:这两行心电图为V_5导联连续描记的图形,平均心率为70次/分,窦性P波顺序出现,P—P间期为0.88～1.16秒,基本心率为窦性心律不齐。上行中第三个QRS波群,是提前出现变异的QRS波群呈QS型,T波与主波方向相反,其前、后均无逆行P波,其后完全性代偿,提示为室性期前收缩(下称室早)。在这提前出现的QRS—T的T波终末有窦性P波隐伏在内(T+P)。上行中
