应试教育向素质教育转轨,这是社会发展的需要,也是教育改革深入的必然。然而,农村教育的现状让乡村教师困惑:教师考核分数制;社会环境的负面作用;学生不良习惯的养成;教材的编写;教师编制不足;优秀教师流失等。如何来提高农村基础教育:加强宣传和办学力度;理性转变家长、社会教育观念;解决课程不平衡问题;开展信息化教育;加强师资管理。总之农村教育一片天,我们要切实关注农村教育。
Exam-oriented education to quality education transition, which is the need of social development, education reform is also an inevitable. However, the status quo of rural education has confused rural teachers: the teacher scores system; the negative effect of social environment; the development of bad habits of students; the compilation of teaching materials; the lack of teachers’ preparation; the loss of excellent teachers. How to Improve Basic Education in Rural Areas: Strengthen Publicity and School Running; Rationally Transform Parents and Social Education Concepts; Solve the Problems of Curriculum Imbalance; Develop Information Education; Strengthen Teacher Management. In short rural education is one day, we must pay close attention to rural education.
