In the small town of Ratnov, a democracy in Germany, a cock crowing contest is held every summer. The game starts from early in the morning for an hour. Sixteen “competitors” participated in the final round of the competition, and members of the jury held a stopwatch that recorded a brilliant performance. The rooster, who won the championship last year, raked for ninety-two times an hour, the rooster who won the second place was crying for 82 times an hour, and the third one for 69 hours. This traditional competition attracts a large number of viewers, local residents and people from all over the country each time.
