熔盐电解聃炼不合格废钛制取优质钛粉于198(?)年4月27日在北京通过鉴定。鉴定会是由中国科学院化工冶金研究所组织召开的。鉴定委员会由高等院校、科研单位及有关工厂企业电冶金和粉末冶金方面的专家组成。全体委员对此项科研成果均给予很好的评价。鉴定意见指出:“此项成果系国内首创,根据文献报导判断在国际上也属于领先地位”。本方法是以不合格废钛为原料,采用熔盐电解精炼方法制取供粉末冶金拥的优质钛粉。采用此法制取优质钛粉,必须解决下述两个关键问题:
