本文研究用伯胺-TBP-煤油自高钼碱性溶液中提铼的新工艺,使用钼精矿高压氧碱浸液进行了多级逆流及间歇作业的萃取扩大实验。该工艺可在碱性条件下选择性萃取铼而几乎不萃取钼,分离系数β_(Re/Mo)>10~4。可用NaOH稀溶液有效地反萃取铼,并采用KCl一次结晶便可以获得纯度大于99%的白色KReO_4产品。
In this paper, the new technology of extracting rhenium from primary solution of high-molybdenum with primary amine-TBP-kerosene was studied. The multi-stage countercurrent and intermittent extraction experiments were carried out by using molybdenum concentrate hyperbaric alkali solution. The process can selectively extract rhenium under basic conditions with little extraction of molybdenum, and the separation coefficient β_ (Re / Mo)> 10~4. Available rhenium dilute solution effectively stripping rhenium, and using KCl once crystallization can be obtained more than 99% purity of white KReO_4 products.
