目的 :探讨cyclinD1、p16、Rb蛋白在胸腺瘤中表达及预后意义。 方法 :应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 5 4例胸腺瘤标本进行检测。结果 :cyclinD1、p16、Rb蛋白在髓质型、混合型胸腺瘤中阳性表达率分别为 2 3 1% (3/13 )、6 9 2 % (9/13)、5 3 9% (7/13) ,器官样、普通皮质型胸腺瘤中阳性表达率分别为 5 0 0 % (8/16 )、75 0 % (12 /16 )、75 0 % (12 /16 ) ,高分化、高级别胸腺癌中阳性表达率分别为 84 0 % (2 1/2 5 )、40 0 % (10 /2 5 )、5 6 0 % (14/2 5 ) ,(P <0 0 5 )。cyclinD1、p16蛋白的阳性表达与胸腺瘤的M H分型、临床分期、淋巴结转移、预后密切相关。结论 :cyclinD1、p16、Rb蛋白参与胸腺瘤细胞增殖并影响其分化 ,可作为监测预后的有效指标
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclinD1, p16 and Rb proteins in thymoma and its prognostic significance. Methods : Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 54 cases of thymoma specimens. Results: The positive expression rates of cyclinD1, p16 and Rb in medulla and mixed thymoma were 2 3 1% (3/13), 6 9 2 % (9/13), 53 9% (7/ 13) The positive expression rates of organ-like and common cortical thymoma were 50% (8/16), 75% (12/16), and 75% (12/16) respectively. The positive expression rates in thymic carcinoma were 84 0 % (2 1/2 5), 40 0 % (10 /2 5), 5 6 0 % (14/2 5), (P <0 05). The positive expression of cyclinD1 and p16 proteins is closely related to the MH type of thymoma, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and prognosis. Conclusion : The cyclinD1, p16 and Rb proteins are involved in the proliferation of thymoma cells and affect their differentiation. It can be used as an effective indicator to monitor prognosis.
