淮北矿业集团公司朱庄煤矿“方国胜培训工作室”(以下简称工作室)于2009年成立,通过五年多的探索,自编培训教材9册,对传统培训模式进行了创新,取得一些成绩和经验。一、工作室成立初期的培训工作2010年,工作室做了以下开班准备工作:建立实训场地;参照《煤炭行业特有工种职业标准》,制订了《淮北矿业综采技师技能提升培训班培训大纲》,制订了培训管理制度;自编培训教材《综采电工》和《综采钳工》2册,克服了传统培训教材技术滞后、不实用,内容上缺少实操及故障处理等不足。培训内容为在用的综采设备的结构、原理和故障处理。授课教
