黄芩为常用中药,用于治疗化脓性皮炎、腹泻、炎症和高血脂症,其主要有效成分为黄酮化合物。本文从五个方面研究了黄芩中黄酮类成分的生物学活性和构效关系。 1.对脂代谢的影响:黄芩中主要的黄酮成分黄芩甙、黄芩甙元、汉黄芩素等。黄芩甙对乙醇诱导的高血脂和脂解的离体脂肪细胞具有降低血中甘油三酯水平作用,黄芩甙元能提高血中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。以上三种成分还可抑制以肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺诱导的脂肪细胞的脂解作用,从而达到阻断的抑制动脉硬化的发生与发展。 2.对肝脏脂质过氧化的影响:在高等动物体内,脂质过氧化可损伤肝、肾和血管。黄
Astragalus is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of suppurative dermatitis, diarrhea, inflammation, and hyperlipidemia. Its main active ingredient is flavonoids. This paper studied the biological activity and structure-activity relationship of flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus from five aspects. 1. Effects on lipid metabolism: The main flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus are Astragalus membranaceus, Astragalus membranaceus, Wogonin and so on. Astragalus can reduce blood triglyceride levels in ethanol-induced hyperlipidemia and lipolysis in isolated adipocytes, and Huangqiyuan can increase blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. The above three components can also inhibit adipocytes, norepinephrine and dopamine-induced lipolysis of adipocytes, so as to block the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis. 2. Effects on liver lipid peroxidation: Lipid peroxidation can damage liver, kidney and blood vessels in higher animals. yellow
