山麦冬水溶性提取物0.75g/kg和1g/kg ip能显著对抗垂体后叶素诱发大鼠心肌缺血ECG T波的改变,并能降低心律失常发生率。同制剂2g/kgiV可使心肌梗塞家兔ECG中抬高的S—T段明显降低,并显著缩小心肌梗塞范围。
Ophiopogon japonicus water-soluble extracts 0.75g/kg and 1g/kg ip significantly inhibited the change of ECG T wave induced by pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats and reduced the incidence of arrhythmia. With the preparation of 2g/kgiV myocardial infarction myocardial ECG elevated S-T segment significantly reduced, and significantly reduce the scope of myocardial infarction.
