本文对经单辊淬火法所制成的FeNi_(23.4)Co_(46.8)Si_8B_(14)合金带状试样,厚约0.03mm,宽约1mm左右,进行了强度、硬度的测定;研究了强度、硬度的温度稳定性;并用扫描电镜对其断口进行了观察;进而,又用X-射线衍射法研究了该种材料的结构.性能的测定是将样品放在真空度为10~(-4)mmHg的真空炉内,在不同的温度下保温30分钟,冷却后进行的.静态强度的测定是在L_(100)型微型实验拉伸机上进行的,拉伸速度为2毫米/分.硬度的测定是用显微硬度计进行的,荷重为20g,实验结果如下述.
In this paper, the strength and hardness of FeNi_ (23.4) Co_ (46.8) Si_8B_ (14) alloy strip sample made by single roll quenching method were measured about 0.03mm in thickness and about 1mm in width. , The temperature stability of the hardness, and the fracture of the material was observed with a scanning electron microscope, and the structure of the material was further studied by X-ray diffraction.The performance was measured by placing the sample in a vacuum degree of 10-4 ) mmHg in a vacuum furnace at a different temperature for 30 minutes after cooling, and the static strength was measured on a Model L-100 micro-scale tensile stretcher at a tensile rate of 2 mm / min.
