为保证螺栓球网架用高强度大直径螺栓的质量,解决我国高强度螺栓产品性能检验试样标准问题,进行了本试验研究。通过对产品抽取各种规格实物螺栓试件,进行承载力、硬度检验及相应偏心、中心取样的模拟加工试件试验。提出了对现行行业标准中大于M36 的高强度螺栓性能等级,拟改为9-8 S 级、硬度HRC 指标范围扩展一度的建议,并推荐偏心加工试件作为产品生产性能检验方法,为制定国家标准GB/T16939 - 97《钢网架螺栓球节点用高强度螺栓》有关部分提供了依据。
In order to ensure the quality of bolted ball grid frame with high strength and large diameter bolts, and to solve the standard test questions of high strength bolt products in our country, this experiment was carried out. Through the product extraction of a variety of physical bolt specimen, bearing capacity, hardness test and the corresponding eccentric, the center of the sample processing simulation test specimens. Proposed to the current industry standards greater than the M36 high-strength bolt performance grade, to be changed to 9-8 S grade hardness HRC index extended once, and recommended eccentric processing test piece as a product performance test method for the development of national Standard GB / T16939 - 97 “steel net bolt bolt with high strength bolts” provides the basis for the relevant parts.
