为了对东风3型机车高压室内电器进行改造,西安铁路信号工厂根据机技字217号、工技字229号文件,并在成都铁路局和成都机车车辆工厂的支持下,于1985年生产了两台新高压室,其中一台已装于1649号机车上,在峨眉内燃机务段做考核期为一个架修期的运用试验。改造前后的电器变化情况列于下表。经改造后的高压室,借用东风4型机车用的电器6项,数量为21件,占电器项目的66％,占电器数量的80％。东风3型机车原来所用电器工作质量较差,有的电器已属淘汰产品,工作既不可靠,配件供应又很困难;有的电器如CZO型直流
In order to transform the high-voltage indoor electrical appliances of DF-3 locomotives, Xi’an Railway Signal Factory, based on the documents GJT 217 and GTS 229 and with the support of Chengdu Railway Bureau and Chengdu Rolling Stock Works, produced two Taiwan’s new high-pressure room, one of which has been installed on the No. 1649 locomotive in the Emei internal combustion engine to do the assessment period for a shelf repair operation test.
